NHC has 845m SOI and are actively doing a BB. They are ca$h loaded and......a 4:1 offer will result in ~420m NHC new shares......offer equates to about 96c, but take a 10% discount, maybe 85c a share after costs.....great deal for them (and soul patts) as they would gain $$billions$$ in value over time out of this, for a slight bit of equity dip....
not long.....i can feel it....aimho of course....pure conjecture
