Wiffs, I've never said the big man has no idea. He's a competent and well qualified expert (I'm merely a rank armchair amateur with the benefit of hindsight haha!). I don't think there's anyone better qualified to explore Mulgabbie given he's lived and breathed it almost all his life. Along with some of his other strengths, its what gives OZM a competitive advantage in on-ground ops. My point all along is that the big man can't be expected to be the master of everything and to do everything himself. Thats totally unrealistic and unfair on him. He needs help on the corporate side. Thats why I reckon OZM needs to bring on a corporate young gun exec director/CEO whose strength is in all the corporate stuff like financial/capital management, deal making, negotiation, strategy etc (no has beens or soft c#cks allowed - only absolute dogs haha!). I believe this would take a big burden off the big man and free him up to focus on and do more of what he does best. Hopefully a win-win all round and an instant value-add haha! AIMHO (DYOR).
