The answer to 2 of your questions, and make one other comment:

1. CCW sent the announcement to the ASX because JP (and the other directors are in Hong Kong);

2. The announcement last Friday, as we discussed previously, relates to new oppotunities that exist and could be taken advantage of by ATC (no pun intended). If a specific opportunity can be brought into the fold (so to speak) then this will have an impact on the FNT share issue price (more precisely the establishment of an issue price acceptable to both parties);

3. Comment: The increase in cost base to the China market is very real and has a positive impact to overall earnings because the revenues being earned are significantly enhanced, whilst the proportional margin remains the same (ie same proportion of a much bigger pie).

This should give the stock much more "umph" to go forward - IMO.
