I don't often often write on Hot Copper but this particular thread stirred something in me!
For me the reality is this company will not be worth anything or be valued till it is earning cash! The SP will jump up and down depending on new announcements and yes people will be saying ' gee, I never expected the share price to be this low again'. Its a standard phrase seen over and over again.
For me this company is unfolding similar to Lynas Corp. I was an early holder of Lynas when it was run by Nicholas Curtis. Under his command the company almost folded and then came along Amanda Lacaze, great communicator and genuine person who gradually turned things around. The Japanese were involved in keeping the company going with convertible loans which were turned into millions of shares, the bitching about that from shareholders was horrendous. The share price was up and down like a yoyo. I decided on other things and sold my shares, if I had kept them I would be a multi millionaire today even though there was massive dilution along the way.
Grant is different to Amanda in that he brings personal connection, his connection to country, the native people, specific acquired knowledge, eg Timor but has a similar driving energy and that energy is at the top of the company filtering down, in my opinion a perfect scenario.
So, my intention is to stick with this one and if I do not like what is put up to the vote, I will vote against it.
