This was my only point... so yes it does prove my point... You cannot judge someone as guilty if they are acquitted on appeal.
The stupid thing is, I don't even know GBB, I only know of him. I was just stating that he was acquitted and therefor innocent. Anyone can be taken to court — many people I know have been accused of things they didn’t commit and were found innocent. Am I supposed to judge them now?
