If it gets money that would be a massive message about the lack of any oversight, knowledge or ability to investigate a companies capabilities, products or the market. THe Net products were superseeded 15 years ago. the only part of the business that might have any value would be the acquistion and having only looked at it breifly, its based on a reseller deal with a 3rd party company so that must ring alarm bells.
