What will a trial for prophylactic phase 2 look like - have people go into a roomful of dengue infected mosquito and have them bitten? Otherwise in the open world how long will one have to wait to be bitten and then even realise you have been bitten but not showing symptoms? I am keen to understand the next trial design.
