All valid concerns. This company inspires little faith with its disastrous track record. This new acquisition at least comes with high revenue, if you can believe what they state.
Conversion of debt/acquisition etc at 7 cents per share is another strong positive in this deal. You can only hope in 6-12 months share price could be double that if they can achieve and maintain cashflow positivity and the other businesses continue to expand.
