    fair to say that big(her) holders are accumulating and parking themselves on the 10 yard line to cap trade in the mid 9's whilst they soak up weaker hands?

    possibly US buyers? Doesn't smell like panic selling...actually confident buying....but with a known near zero confidence to hit or exceed 10. Seems like someone has an active accumulation strategy at play.
