Great announcement. We were a shoo-in anyway, but it is still a de-risking event to know we're definitely on the list. This funding is much more important for VMM than MEI due to the market cap difference as we've applied for almost double our market cap in funding and grants just through this vessel alone.

I've heard the debt is on very favorable terms and only needs to be paid back post-production, but as its debt and grants they'll only give it to companies that have a very realistic chance of getting into production.


PFS is still expected to be finished by HATCH by the end of month, which is very, very good. This will be the catalyst for funding and offtakes termsheets getting signed.

HUGE few months ahead for VMM in regards to news flow and major catalysts.
