As the weeks and months come to pass I for one hope that all this data gathering and analysis is being done to provide confidence in a full takeover of PCL.
No farm-in, no sell down, no free carry just a clean kill...
Then the old boys and SH can can head into the sunset no regrets no risk
If history has taught us anything elephant territory is no place for minnows
