interesting that Ben calls the company "the opposition". He should say the company has to spend money responding instead of drilling. I think an investigation into Ben's affiliates/payments he has received would yield a more interesting result. This latest lawsuit was filled after the company indicated that they would not need to raise capital this year for drilling. Strange timing to say the least.
