We saw posted in the months and weeks prior to suspension, an email from MD Ferguson, via Mining8 labelling rumours as “utter rubbish”.

It is scammy conduct to reject JV conflict as not something to disclose to the market as Australian laws obligate and do that by focussing on a legal merit basis when these people you’re on conflict with are foundational for AVZ getting access to Manono in the first place. Scammy because JV conflicts is something you would want to know to make an informed decision about your shares. But I don’t expect you to twig on what I say because you’re only focusing on WHO, not WHAT.
