Almost two weeks now since they explicitly mentioned they were in discussions with global semiconductor manufacturers (in the capital raise announcement).
any announcement with any of their names, and one can imagine how the market will react. These things take time of course, but I imagine the buying will get more frantic as people rush to get in front of the company telling the market about the news
