cortona advertising for a cfo

Noticed as of about 21st Feb that the company have adverts in press etc looking for a CFO. Does anyone know if this is replacing someone or a "new" position?

Hoping the latter as this would seem to be a clear signal that things are "progressing" behind the scenes. (Coincidence perhaps but the recent price move seems to tally with the appearance of this advert???)
