The decision by the Arbitrator will make the decision as to whether the Rimfire board had every right to terminate the JV (Earn-in agreements). GPR funded this company for the last 4 years and you are nothing more than an ingrate. It invested more money in this company than any other shareholder. They did nothing other than pump money into this company. I suggest you focus your attention on the conduct of the RIM board who went out of their way to engage with convicted fraudster Michael Giovinazzo. There is no denying that it is their conduct which brought this company to where it is now.
Giovinazzo-gate will have serious adverse impacts on this company. GPR supporters say that rumors are emerging of proceedings being prepared against RIM, the board members and Giovinazzo.
