As you know English is not my native language, especially when law is involved. I did not read the first part. I fell asleep, however the second part of the link was more interesting. The kasbank part is very juicy. They sold PGA which was colleteral for AS account at Kasbank for prices much higher then the 7.8 cts that I saw on my screen today. They did not sell TZ. After selling the PGA around 1.70/1.80 Reynolds was paid back 300.000 and AS got 170.000. This means that they also paid back the debitnumbers at Kasbank. Mind you AS told me a year before to buy PGA which at that time was selling around the 5 dollar mark.
I thought that the contempt of court accusation was about a Credit Card paying for prostitutes.
Again I dont understand this technical bla bla bla.
So maybe Geoff, our legal advisor can show some light on these NSW.GOV actions.
