and if it goes ahead, how will PPT then be placed?
Just how close to fruition is a deal?
3. Then will the market have a clear view on what PPT might be able to deliver from that point on?
At present it looks like many are sitting on the fence BUY/SELLers awaiting developments?
I'm a little perplexed that those that have heavily exposed themselves to PPT, did not grab some large parcels on the DIP!?, were they looking elsewhere at the time?
