Great note Lionxx, The one thing i would add is from what i've observed, i think 5 transhippers can do 40 m t pa. They may not be able to average it all the time, eg losing days to wind, cyclones etc, but from what i've observed when conditions are reasonable, they can easily do 40 m t per day.
My view is Haulage is the only constraint at the moment; and weather provides some short term issues for transhippers if wind is above 35 km per hour and or large swell.
Since June 6, the transhippers been doing 34 m t pa, with Peak only operating about 1/3 rd of the time.
MinRes, has a slide in its pack below that puts the total turn around time at about 12 -14 hours, 2.5 hours loading, 3 hours trips each way, and 3.5 hours unloading. Allow a bit of time for other stuff, i think in reasonable conditions they can operate at 16 to 20 hour cycles, = 45 m t pa.
