"The coming tsunami of toxic solar waste.

Australia already has 150 million solar panels, all of which will have reached their end of life and will need to be disposed of before the mythical Net Zero target of 2050.

Recycling is economically unviable, as it costs up to $38 per panel just to transport it from a household to a landfill or recycler.
That’s a $6 billion cost just to remove the existing panels installed.
This represents yet another significant cost that Australians will have to bear in the years ahead thanks to the destructive insanity of Net Zero Even then, the cost of extracting valuable metals like silver and copper exceeds their resale value.

And what will be the true cost of the environmental damage of the toxic chemicals from millions broken solar panels leaching into the soil and ground water ?"
