I concur and furthermore more if you just look at current wars trend , all those magnets , optics sensors and alloys require REE and if China permanently bars USA from these products then the industry would stop in a few months!!!!!!!!!
So right now the USA is in a vulnerable situation from a manufacturing high tech equipment and they will move heaven and earth to ensure future supply is available
