Has been done before, so could happen again! Interesting to see DoD parcels of land highlighted around the project.. but we will see. Tell ya what I wouldn't mind a left field surprise with the way the share price has been trending over the last few months.
If that would ever come to be, we sure as hell won't be sitting around this 60-70 mil market cap range.
