IMHO, IXR performing R&D and operational results from the Makuutu Demo Plant to optimize and validate its MAIL-based refining process for Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate (MREC) Processing: Converting ionic adsorption clay concentrates into separated rare earth oxides.
From above Ongoing R&D Activities and spending, So I presume, the demonstration plant continues to be used for advanced metallurgical test work, process optimization, and technical validation, with MREC samples produced and sent to potential offtake partners and strategic customers for evaluation and engagement, supporting commercial discussions and validating future progress, Makuutuʼs demonstration plant remains a core part of IXRʼs development pipeline, with ongoing R&D and production activities, plenty of evidence, there's life down there!
