    US let Thales manufacture the Bushmaster rifle under licence, No I don?t think so. As I mentioned previously the yanks will not allow a foreign company to manufacture COLT weapons under licence. That is why the ADF went with the Steyr in the first place. I believe Thales are working on changes and already have implemented mods to the Steyr.

    Some of the changes to the Steyr was setting it up to accommodate the picatinny rail mounts.
