What a joke, an underwriting fee of 5.5% plus $60,000. Seems to me they had trouble putting this one together. This company does not know what it is doing, first started off in gold and then as the Iron Ore market picked decided to concerntrate on that, as gold picked up steam again it crossed back to gold.
