Funny that when a cap raising occurs how often they throw in we are initiating cost reducing measures, like why not do that from the start ?
If your not cash flow positive why throw cash around if your already aware of what to cost reduce?

Still I guess someone sees something if they giving them funds again, but are the chances of a stock consolidation higher now, shares on issue must be growing
