I must agree I never realised that before either. It appears that there are three LTA's this one that has been signed is the least value the other two involve more complex parts that perhaps involves another process to ensure QHL can achieve the desired results.
Must say I'm feeling a bit misled as well. I'll be re reading all the other announcements now to see if it was always mentioned that the LTA's would be in three groups for different parts for each group.
I wonder what this first LTA is really for - ashtrays?
