I have seen a screenshot of Ben Cohen confessing ASIC knew Zijin was trying to steal the project since July 2021. I’ve considered this confession and wondered if Ben was Ben-ding chronology - that is trying to influence the recipient that AVZ were compliant with continuous disclosure — but maybe ASIC gave exemption perhaps somehow the authority of ASIC overshadowed by a bigger authority?
