In your dealings with the company, do you get the impression that JP is committed to waiting until the P3 readout to maximise value or is there a genuine possibility that a fair value offer will do to trick now?
I am curious because if you can show efficacy and safety in a P3 trial, and the same in a bunch of P2 trials (hopefully including HIE which is an absolute game changer), I think the value proposition shifts materially in our favour so the best option might be to wait until readout.
I hope I am conveying this correctly - I guess I am trying to see what your gauge of their temperature is given you have a rapport with management that others don't have?
