Regarding the commercial launch progress. they are very encouraged by the strength of pysician adoption amongst other things like onboarding, coverage etc.

gives the physician the option, using a necessity letter to bypass existing alternative therapies, based on their experience, and the patients condition ( Severity, specific organ involvement, comorbidity).
