Sprott (NYSE:SII), on behalf of the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust (U.UN:CA) said it has amended its agreement with Canaccord Genuity, pursuant to which the underwriter has agreed to purchase 11.6M units of the trust at a price of $17.25 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $200.1M
