Dumb retail chickened out of RI, SP down further
Big guy said "thats it no more Oz raise ever", went to Gov bosses
Gov bosses said "you have one job and that is to raise as much Oz $$ as possible to prove up resource, who authorised you to deviate from this"
Gov bosses then said "ok we give you $15m as once off, drill baby drill"
Big guy said "no worries"
Then somehow someone figured the other party is stringing them along, so both parties went to "go-slow / sit-it-out" strategy
Neither party is doing anything, both sides down tools at a stalemate
SP down even further
Smokescreens and hopium to try create illusion of progress and to keep people on both sides invested
No joint agreement, lease expires, funding runs out, drill kit goes back to owner
Emergency CR back in Oz at 3c, pivot to doing something else, new MD / BOD incoming to start over
