The agreement with PLS was signed on 30 July 2024. Why the agreement hasn't been finalized is concerning. PLS has 10 business days to pay KAI $10 million cash or $10 million in shares after the mining lease on M45/1307 is granted. I guess M45/1307 has not been granted in the 10 plus months since the agreement was signed. Wonder what the hold-up is? Since 30 July 2024, PLS share price has fallen from $2.79 to $1.31. So now if PLS goes the share route we get 7,633,588 shares vs 3,584,229 when the agreement was signed. PLS can't be happy about that. Hope there's a settlement soon so KAI can drill the Mt. York extension.
