    Why haven’t they updated the market regarding point 4 and particularly point 5 of the attached Pre Quotation Disclosure Document ?
    The EXTENDED deadline for securing the Mansounia Exploitation Permit (15 June) is explicitly a “Condition Precedent” for obtaining the US$25 million Sprott facility
