I think you are missing the bigger picture here.
Harmony is only one player and their transaction doesn't close until September at the earliest. There are at least four other players I know of actively looking at Peel.
Also the macro trends of copper, interest rates, and equity allocation for junior explorers/developers recovering from lowest levels in 40 years. You'll see Peel are not the only one bouncing off the bottom from "sell in May and go away" in recent weeks.
