Absolutely no idea. It's farcical that they've put out some hype about the M-lines in very public forums then act like nothing is happening. And they wonder why they end up dealing with frustrated shareholders. What contributes most to a falling share price when the company is financially sound is a complete lack of buying interest, precipitated by management that don't have a clue about consistent communication. Can you seriously argue that there's a reason to do this in order to keep things off the radar. They've talked about being a household name next year?!?! You can't go silent now, it makes absolutely no sense!
