The game changer though would be if a JV or Pharma was to suddenly show an interest in a public way then things could be very different very quickly - how likely that is I have no idea but I suspect that EMS would not be interested in doing any serious negotiations until after the trials are completed and audited which will most likely be around the time the options fall due

I would think the company would dearly love the options to be exercised as that would provide some extra capital
