I honestly don’t think i’ve twisted anything at all. If we’re going by the slides they used to illustrate the full process, it’s clear that NDAs/CDAs are a couple of steps before dataroom access. It’s uncharacteristically bullish of you to suggest all of those companies who signed NDA’s then submitted non-binding offers.
