SWP - we will be lucky if the PLEF is up and running in 2028 - despite the Trump attempt to get the NRC moving it's likely that we will not get the operational go ahead until 2027 - it's then going to take at least 2 years (after FID in 2027) to build the plant and then some time to get the operational go ahead from the NRC. I would say that 2030 is about the right year to see operations and also the deadline for the DoE tails contract (not that I think they would renege on it if we were a bit overdue - simply because others (e.g LIST)) will also not be ready for commercial operations)
