My understanding is that the RCF commitment was binding subject to shareholder approval. I haven’t read anywhere about other conditions? I assume there would be a sunset date but we would be nowhere near that at this point even though the deal is behind the mid year completion date.
Surely we will get an update any day now on the merger completion timetable.
