Yeah I recall seeing that 4.5 Mil number in an analyst report.
It seems like we would need to obtain an "Overseas Finding" from AusIndustry to be able to claim expenses from the US and be eligible for the full 43.5% of 86 Mil.
I've had a quick look at the criteria and we might struggle with conditions 3 and 4.
3) The research cannot be done in Australia.
4) The costs should not exceed what would have been spent in Australia.
It's a lot of taxpayer money to rebate 35 Mil.
