No he is a rookie as a MD and made many many mistakes. There should of been an experiensed MD from day 1 or SM should of had a mentor. If this would of happened we probably would of had a better SP now.
Just my thoughts of course.
I am still wnating SM to stand aside in the next year after the PPSA and other associated announcements as the next phase will be critical.
