chuck, I share some of your concerns; in theory, the existing no. of shares could increase by over 40%. However, there is a fair chance that many existing shareholders won't take up the maximum no. on offer. The timing of the offer also means it's too late now for traders to buy in as a way of obtaining, then selling, cheap shares.
The current no. of shares on issue is about 121 million, so perhaps we will have about 160 million after this issue? Still a reasonable chance of this company becoming a multiple-bagger if all goes to plan- and still the prospect that they will need us option- holders to convert our holdings before the end of the year!
