i agree there is a feeling of pain when we see the 43c share price. BUT, it does show management has kept its word on the deal (for me a sign of integrity) and one must ask whether the sellers would accept the same number of RQL shares for the deal if it was proposed today. Perhaps they wouldn't, in which case it is probably good terms for RQL. On the other hand, maybe they would have accepted less shares if the deal was done today. I guess it depends on how much business has been generated with the floods.
