as I wrote, Netanyahu was on a hair trigger. he was needing no encouragement or additional reason beyond his already well-developed plan of attack. it could even be coincidental that the IAEA report was released at the tine of the attack launch. we don't know.
Trump and "careful" are at odds in any sentence
. ....... crash or crash through seems more likely in Trump-world. he cares not for laws or constraints of any kind let alone consequences. his authority is absolute, his power unrestrained and his will to do everything he couldn't do in his first term matches his claimed authority. he's broken every rule in the country about the limitations of POTUS and the "checks and balances" that are supposed to protect America from tyranny.
I think he doesn't understand the very concept of "careful".
