Couple of points on page 6 of:

PEN has the lowest cash costs per lb
PEN has increase in value at 263% which is the fourth highest, since 30/06/2010 till 28/01/2011.
PEN has the 6th highest cash

Personally till the JORC is increase then the SP is about right.

At the time of publication Australia only mills the uranium. Once again we sell too early in the development/production cycle
