    But in a way it is strange that we consider failure as a probability when having a worldwide monopoly of a device that is wanted by clinical staff and patients, that got all approvals including reimbursement in place and yet, sales have been disappointing. For me it is either improvement and holding / adding or, if again missing reasonable numbers, selling out.

    I can afford a total loss, but others can't and have to make a decision before the end of July if there is no earlier update.
