Other shareholders clearly weren’t backing the current price, so $7.40 feels like a win in this context.
At the end of the day, the market sets the price, and I’d prefer some certainty with MYX rather than ongoing volatility and hopes and dreams of price projections that may not eventuate!
The offer is within the Independent Expert’s valuation range, so I’m comfortable with the value being put forward.
Frankly, I lost confidence in other holders to support the share price sustainably, regardless of how the business performs.
We've already seen some panic-selling well below the IE’s valuation just because Cosette hinted at walking away.
If the broader shareholder base genuinely believed MYX was undervalued, they could’ve simply held their shares and let the price hold above $7
