There are 167m shares in issue and the management have issued 67m options to themselves at 4c each and years to expiry, so not even useful to the company to provide working capital.
Imagine that 40% of the issued share capital ie the business.
Hopefully holders consider this. I have voted against all agenda items to record my dissatisfaction.
