the money men need their pound of flesh as seen in most CRs these days - huge discounts to 10-20yr historically - i am unsure but i i believe during COVID some rules were relaxed in % discount that raising could be made and that is exactly what is happening EVERY time except in very very good Cos where the discount is not as important since the money men expect to get their returns well and truely.
